Rhayader RFC recently held their 25th anniversary with great success. All the veterans turned up along with Charlton Park, a touring side from London, to combine for a highly enjoyable day and night. The day started with a game between the veterans, followed by Charlton Park vs Rhayader, which we closely lost 35:30. Afterwards everybody had plenty to drink and played in plenty of games. The best one had to be the infamous 'flaming assholes'. There will soon be a page containing pictures and stories, so watch this space.
Rhayader RFC recently held their annual club dinner with a turn out of approximately 100 guests. A great achievement considering the local League of Wales football team only had 40 guests, only 8 of which were players. There were plenty of drinks and plenty of dates. It was also good to see a few of the Charlton Park boys up. Again watch this space for forthcoming tales, one including a shhep, and forthcoming pictures taken that night.
