| A Relationship is Like a Garden |
So, you started a garden.
With love, you planted seeds.
Water was then placed on them,
To fulfill one of their needs.
For all the care that had gone into it,
Weeds soon started to grow.
We need to cultivate this garden,
So pull out and use your hoe.
Just like a relationship,
Between you and the Lord,
Work on that relationship:
Work brings forth rewards.
Just like a relationship,
Between you and your spouse,
Keep working on that marriage,
Keep that happy house.
Just like a relationship,
Between you and a friend.
Cultivate that relationship,
Water it now and again.
You truly love that garden!
That garden stands for life.
Work on that relationship...
Whether with God, a friend, your husband, or your wife.
