Red Room Recording Studio and Fifty280 Records, located in Erie, CO, is run by Glen Ballew (production) and Linette Ballew (administrative) with help from their sons Levi and Samuel.
Glen has been a musician since 1972 (he started with piano lessons at the age of 3), vocalist, lyricist, and music writer, and has been working in studios since 1987, producing, directing, engineering and mixing music, as well as assisting by doing vocals and instrumentals.  Additionally he has performed in bands like the Miltonberries and Jeremiah's Complaint.  He has been working with other bands like Trump Mother Jones and Rackets and Drapes for several years.
The studio focuses on Christian music formats including rock, metal, country, industrial, gothic and alternative, but they will work with all who are interested.

In addition Glen and Linette are the founders of Vision Music, Inc., the brainstorm of Linette, producing Vision Music Festival each Labor Day weekend since 1995.  It is a Christian music festival that is held yearly at Douglas County Fairgrounds in Castle Rock, near Denver, CO.  A large variety of bands are brought in from around the country providing a dynamic and exciting atmosphere in which the bands can spread the word of God to the youth of America utilizing a variety of musical formats to appeal to a broad range of people.  Bands like P.O.D., Five Iron Frenzy, Rebecca St. James, Big Tent Revival, Fraidy Cats, Pillar, Blah, Tourniquet, Disciple, The Kry, and Squad Five-O have headlined for the festival.

Glen plays the electric, acoustic and bass guitar, drums, piano, keyboards, trumpet, tuba, and also sequence programs for drum machines and music workstations.  He also sings lead and harmony parts.
