"But two months dead...a little month...within a month," as Hamlet
speeks he refers to the time since his fathers death closer and closer.  He's slowly, very slowly, getting ready to revenge. 

Laerties speaks to Ophelia about Hamlet and tells her that, "youth to itself rebels, though none else near."  Laertes loves to push Hamlets buttons

The Ghost tells Hamlet that he can't speak of purgatory but tells him that it would, "harrow up thy soul, freeze thy young blood, make thy two eyes, like stars, start from their spheres."  This suffering is all the more reason for revenge.

Ophelia says Hamlet came to see her looking like he, "had been loosed of hell."  This began the suspicions that Hamlet had gone insane with love but really it was with revenge.

The King keeps an eye on Hamlet, "madness in great ones must not
unwatched go."  Obviously he doesn't keep a close enough watch because Hamlet kills him.

Hamlet plans the play and speaks to the players.  "Speak the speech, I
pray you, as I pronounced it to you, trippling on the tongue; but if you
mouthed it, as many of our players do, I had as lief the town crier spoke my
lines."  If Claudius reachs he will speak revenge.

Ophelia speaks of the play, "'tis brief my lord."  Hamlet replies back sharply, "as woman's love."  He takes out some of the revenge buisness on Ophelia.

Hamlet looks for a reaction as the players speak, "such love must needs
be treason in my breast.  In second husband let me be accurst.  None wed
the second but who killed the first."  The king flips and Hamlet knows he did it.

Hamlet calls his friends on their treachory, "do you think I am easier
to be played on than a pipe?  Call me what instrument you will, though you
can fret me, you cannot play upon me."
He later kills them both.

The Queen calls Hamlet as, "mad as the sea and wind when both contend
which is the mightier."  Because he's mad with revenge. mowa ha ha.

Claudius pushes Laertes to seek revenge, "We should do when we would;
for this 'would' changes."

"I loved Ophelia.  Forty thousand brothers could not with all their quantity of love make up my some," Hamlet tells Laertes.
I think this was the last straw so Laertes tries to kill Hamlet.
