The main airport at Indonesia's Sumatra island has reopened after an accident that dealt a blow to efforts to deliver aid to the region worst affected by the tsunami disaster. The crucial airstrip in Banda Aceh -- the province's only runway -- was closed after an aircraft carrying relief supplies hit a water buffalo on the runway.
