Description

As you enter the home, a tiled foyer guides you past the powder room, where you descend into a dramatic living area. From there, you take in an expansive view of the lake. Open the glass doors and step on to your private deck, where the lawn and sandy beach carry you to the water's edge. At the end of the day, warm up to a cozy fire in front of the woodburning fireplace.

 

The soft, romantic hues of the master bedroom are a fitting complement to the majestic views of Lake Tahoe and surrounding mountains, as seen from the bedroom, private deck and master bath. Complete with spa tub and roomy tiled shower, the master bath is the perfect haven for relaxing after a busy day of fun.

 

This home sleeps 8 (3 bedrooms), has 2.5 baths, and a one-car garage. Among the many conveniences are a fully equipped kitchen, state of the art sound system and VCR/DVD, televisions, washer and dryer and much more. It’s just minutes from Northstar and Incline, casinos, Tahoe City and Truckee. Enjoy an easy walk to shopping, the original "Bing Crosby tournament" golf course, canoe and jetski rentals and restaurants. No pets or smoking allowed.

Availability and Rates

v     May 29-June 5, 2009

v     June 17-20; June 22 - June 26, 2009

v     September 11-18, 2009

 

Rates:

v     September through June, non-holidays $1700/wk, $290/night.

v     Summer (July - August) and holidays $2400/wk or $350/night (3 night minimum).

v     Cleaning charge of $100 per stay

A $500 deposit is required to hold your reservation along with a valid Mastercard or Visa. Nothing will be charged on your credit card unless damages are incurred. The balance of the rent is due 30 days prior to occupancy. If the money is not received by this date, we reserve the right to re-rent the home without refund of your deposit. A 30 day notice of cancellation is required for full refund, less a $50 cancellation fee. If cancellation is made within 30 days of rental dates a refund will only be granted if we are able to rebook the home.
