What Every Girl Needs...

I need to know I am beautiful.
I need to know you'll be around
to watch the sun rise
and fall
day after day after day.
To laugh and cry until we are exhausted.
To make love until we fall asleep with my head on your chest
and your arms encircling my body
You need to aknowledge my intellegence,
Know I can fix anything,
Know I am open to anyone,
and willing to try anything.
Never make a promise until there is nothing standing in your way of keeping it.
You need to love who I will be tomorrow,
Who I was yesterday,
And know that my beauty will fade.
Probably soon,
Probably as soon as this fairytale mist has evaporated aand we can both see straight once again.
You need to be able to be with the most beautiful woman in the world
and think of me.
While she pats your thight,
Desire me
and then leave.
Regretting Nothing.
You need to be able to dance until you have to sit down.
Laugh until your cheeks and stomach hurt,
and sit for hours just inhaling the silence.
Dreams are the most important.
Have them.
Work towards attaining them.
And when all odds are against you...
Work harder.
When you realize your dreams are not attainable,
Change them.
Make them something powerful and possible.
When you are 70 you should only have more goals.
Do not fear death.
Embrace it.
Don't go looking for it, but don't hide from opportunities that seem frightening.
You must live on the edge but never jump off.
You must desire children, even if not with me.
You must feel the need to further yourself and want to guide a soul through life.
Learn and love unconditionally.
Your family must be a number one priority.
You can despise their actions, but know that complications are a factor in their lives also.
You need to wake up refreshed and ready to live each day for every moment.
And fall asleep looking forward to your dreams.
Fullfilled from the events of the previous day,
Eagerly awaiting the next.
You must do everything in your power to be the most.
The most positive, the most complete human being you can.
When you are sad you must embrace your emotions, be willing to talk about them,
and take the first step toward making yourself feel better.
Everyone deserves the benefit of the doubt.
Giver every person possible five minutes.
Make a judgement only after making a connection.
Be willing to smile at everyone.
Especially if they look angry, disturbed, or sad.
That smile can change a person's outlook for hours.
Don't be afraid to cry.
Never use tears as a weapon to hurt someone.
Try to hug one person a day.
Even if it ist the same person for a year.
Remember to hug from behind. Those are equally important.
You need to feel like your heart is going to explode when you hear your favorite song.
And try to understand why a song you dislike could make someone else
feel a joy like no other.
Breathe.
Deeply.
Daily.
