| Congratulations to the 2000 Tip-Off Classic Champions: |
| Beginning in 1978, Red Boiling Springs Junior High has hosted the Tip-Off Classic, an annual basketball tournament showcasing some of the best junior high teams in the upper mid-state area. Each year teams from as many as twelve different counties and two states trek to the "Gateway to the Cumberland" to compete in this elite tournament. Teams who have won and placed in the Tip-Off Classic have consistantly gone on to show very well in the various Junior High State Tournaments throughout Tennessee. In 2000, the third place Pleasant Shade Devils won the TNT Class A Title, and the Runner-Up RBS Bulldogs placed third in TNT Class AAA. Last Season, the Tournament Champion RBS Bulldogs won the TNT STATE CHAMPIONSHIP! |
