Peoria, AZ - A husband and wife team are committing fraud in Arizona, and this site is dedicated to revealing their crimes.  Randy Ramirez, and his wife Elizabeth Ramirez are responsible for many acts of fraud, and theft in recent years.

Randy Ramirez, a former radio DJ in Phoenix, Arizona known to listeners as "Rancid Randy", committed Grand Theft Auto in January of 2002 in Bullhead City, AZ. Ramirez  had been recently fired from a local television station, where he had acted as a salesman. He took a job as a DJ at a local strip club in Mohave Valley called Dream Girls. He used the job to secure credit to purchase a Buick Century from auto dealer CarSmart.

Ramirez, with the help of his wife Elizabeth (in Phoenix), created an elaborate story in which Randy disappeared to Mexico, and would not return to the United States. With this claim in mind, Randy disappeared overnight with the car, and stolen funds from the strip club. Local authorities were contacted including the Bullhead City Police Department, and the Mohave County Sheriff. Since Ramirez had apparently left the country with the stolen property, law enforcement could not apprehend him.

Months later, Randy would actually surface in Peoria, AZ living with his wife and kids. In fact, Ramirez had never left the country as his wife claimed in January, he had actually stolen the vehicle, and headed straight to Phoenix where the car was sold for cash, so there would be no paper trail. Elizabeth used cash from the sale to purchase another vehicle under her name.
At the time, the Ramirez family continued to tell law enforcement, and creditors that Randy was in Mexico, as he resided in their Peoria apartment.

The Ramirez family is no stranger to criminal activity, as mail and credit card fraud took place shortly after Randy's return to the Phoenix area. Much like cases in previous towns they had lived in such as Alta Loma, California, and Plattsburg, New York. Severe cases of credit card, and mail fraud under Randy's name were made, than later denied by the family.

In addition, Elizabeth Ramirez has been using a stolen social security # 087-58-6955, which was originally issued to Eric S. Bernstein of Norfolk, MA. She has used the new number to re-establish credit that her, and her husband have ruined due to fraud. This took place while she worked as a teachers assistant at the Peoria Unified School District, without the knowledge of the administration. The Ramirez family has avoided law enforcement many times, and continues to commit fraud without being caught. *In 2005, Randy committed fraud by using the services of the Scottsdale Vascular Clinic, running up a bill of hundreds of dollars, without paying, then providing the clinic with false credit, and home address information.
