Dear Mothers and Families of Columbine Victims,

Let me start off by saying I'm sorry. I know what you are going through.
The day after the tragedy in Colorado my school and I am sure other schools
got bomb threats. I was in class and the administrators would not let us go.
We were wondering why. We later found out that someone called in a bomb
threat. They kept us in the school. I could say that it was probably the
dumbest thing ever done but I will also say that it was the smartest. This
upcoming spring my school will be putting in cameras. I have mixed feelings
on this but I am glad Columbine had them. My girlfriend wrote a poem for the
family's.

I know it hurts to think about it
When you got the call that afternoon
Your little kids lost

It wasn't right it wasn't their time
they would still be alive today
It wasn't fair
