Our Mission
To preserve, promote, and develop Latino and Indigenous culture through arts and crafts, dance, film, literature,
music and theater.
Long term goals
To nurture a sense of community and cultural pride among Latinos in Van Horn;
To develop cultural ambassadors who help bridge gaps of understanding across the community;
To enhance youth life learning experiences through participatory leadership in partnership with other community organizations;
To provide youth and families with alternatives for enjoyment;
To create a family - friendly learning environment.

Quinto Sol relies solely on voluntary support from individuals interested in achieving its mission. The group meets every second Thursday of each month and we invite you to participate in reaching its goals.
