Welcome to VHHS

Our Mission

To preserve, promote, and develop Latino and Indigenous culture through arts and crafts, dance, film, literature, music and theater.

Long term goals

To nurture a sense of community and cultural pride among Latinos in Van Horn;

To develop cultural ambassadors who help bridge gaps of understanding across the community;

To enhance youth life learning experiences through participatory leadership in partnership with other community organizations;

To provide youth and families with alternatives for enjoyment;

To create a family - friendly learning environment.
