GAINING MASS
Lots of people want big muscles. Few are willing to work for it. The fact is, if you want it you have got to earn it! There is no cheating here. You have to train hard and smart to acheive the goal of mass.
Proper diet with good supplements + smart training + plenty of rest is what equals this conquest.
You're going to be demanding a lot out of your body and expecting as good of results as possible. You need to fuel it with the best fuel and supplements to get those results.
Depending on your metabolism, you need to feed your body every two to three hours with well balanced meals. Each of these meals contains the building blocks to construct these mass gains, that you want to strut with. Remember you are building your body, you want to use the highest quality building material you can.
Smart Training - If you dont learn and use proper form, dont waste your time going any further. You'll never acheive mass! Its not how much weight you can push or pull that will build you but how much you can work out with properly. For example, you take someone who throws 300lbs on a bar to do a flat bench, he unracks it  and lets it drop to his chest, then crookedly works it back up again, takes it about half way down agian, and barely makes it back up on the rack. And goes" Hey! I can bench 300lbs!". So what! The guy next to him with exactly the same strength and capability takes 270lbs, unracks it, controls it down smoothly to his chest, pushes it evenly up, and does this for five or six reps, in no time will leave him behind in the dust. And soon he will be handling that 300lbs in a smooth manner. For he is bodybuilding and mass forming. Dont worry about who can do what around you. You must concentrate on your own goals and abilities. This is important because part of smart training is staying focused. This will help you to reach your maximum abilities, and cut down on the risk of injuries.
You've worked your body hard, now let it rest and recooperate. Not giving your body this necesary opportunity will greatly hinder growth.
