QIM Tunes Part I "Rapture"
QIM Tunes Part II Tribulation
QIM Tunes Part III Judgement
"QIM Tunes" is an interview with five adult males with autism that I did over a year with them as a residential staff using full support Facilitated Communication. It's book length (262 pages) that I have divded here into three parts for ease of reading and downloading. One of my FCing clients named the book "QIM Tunes", with "QIM" ("The Source I Am") representing the importance of the spiritual message they were relating and "Tunes" representing the dynamics of their communication through Facilitated Communication. I hope you enjoy the repartee we had and the uniqueness of these people with autism who are extemely bright and who have only had this one time in their lives to express who they really are.

I love backpacking, swimming, yoga and running for exercise. Listening to music and reading are my more positive sedentary activities.
I'm a 53 year old divorced father of two great teenage kids, Nikki and Zac. I have worked in most areas of social services as a "direct care staff", with the majority of my work being with the developmentally disabled as a residential counselor. I have also worked in nursing, mental health, head start, corrections and employment and training. A rolling stone gathers no moss, but the variety of work has kept me refreshed and I have enjoyed the work a great deal. The greatest joy of my 30 year career was using Facilitated Communication with five mostly autistic male adult clients which produced the work here, "QIM Tunes".
