TIMMY

I'm A Real Boy!

Poor Timmy, always getting stuck helping Tabitha with her evil ways, when all he really wants is for everyone to be happy and in love (including himself). From the start, we knew that Timmy was not pure evil like his creator, but how could that be – he's only a doll? Now Timmy doesn’t have to fret over this anymore, because he made a wish on the Christmas star and his wish came true. He's a real boy! All he's ever wanted was to be like all the other kids in town and to have friends his own age. Thanks to the Angel Girl and her boss up above, Timmy's wish was fulfilled. He can't turn into doll mode anymore, but that's OK with him, he can go out and play with the other kids and do things that they do. But how long will these newfound freedoms last? I'm sure the novelty will wear off soon, and Timmy will find himself in some predicaments that he wishes her were a doll.

JULIAN CRANE AND REBECCA HOTCHKISS
January 7th, 2002
Caught With Your Pants Down

What a way to start the New Year off. Julian and Rebecca got back to basics with their kinky sexual games, only this time they were dressed up at Father Time and Baby New Year. The only thing that made this extremely funny was that they did not know Ivy was having a party downstairs in the mansion, and they came rushing into the living room, in full costume, in front of all the guests. How great was it to see Julian wearing diapers, and to witness the reactions of everyone around as they laughed and gawked at him and Rebecca. This was especially great to see, because it is going to be the last time we see the resident sex duo for quite some time, with Julian about to be killed. The look on Rebecca's face said it all, she was for once completely humiliated and ashamed, something that never seems to happen to her (except if you count the time that Pilar pushed her into the water fountain in a fit of rage). Yup, I sure will be their silly antics, and hope that Julian's death is not a permanent one. If it is, what will we do for the wonderful slapstick humor that we've come to love and expect?

SHERIDAN AND LUIS

I've Found You, At Last!

How great was it to finally see Sheridan and Luis reunited, although it was only for a brief period, and there was a magical flair to it. For months we have be waiting for Sheridan to regain her lost memory and to go home to Luis, but this reunion was nothing like that.

The Bermuda Triangle was the cause for this long-overdue moment, but it was great anyway. To finally see Luis and Sheridan together, professing their love for one another was great. Add to it the powers of the Bermuda Triangle, and we witnessed a heart-wrenching scene where both lovers were being torn apart by forces unseen by each other. Sheridan was transported back to the Crane pool to be with Luis, while Luis was wisked away to the ocean just off St. Lisa's island. I find it ironic that Luis never called Sheridan by name, leaving the viewer to scream out at their television sets. The moments they spent together were wonderful, re-igniting their chemistry that we have all come to love, and hopefully putting this storyline on the road to resolution. Let's hope that Sheridan finally remembers her real name and heads back to Harmony to Luis (albeit with Brian in tow). Can't wait to see the look on his face when he realizes that the woman he loves is in love with his brother.

LUIS AND SHERIDAN

Roman Holiday!

I know, I gave the Moment of the Week to Sheridan and Luis last month, but come on, you have to admit that the scenes with them as Marc Antony and Cleopatra were priceless.

We all know that Sheridan and Luis have shared many past lives (read Hidden Passions, The Secret Diaries of Tabitha Lenox), and we've seen that they were on the ill-fated Titanic. But to see them as the infamous Marc Antony and Cleopatra was priceless, not to mention that Tabitha (or should I say Tabithia) was there to break up these star-crossed lovers.

In the past, when the show had done some of it's flashback-type scenes, trying to give the audience a feel for what it was like many, many years ago, they had done a not-so-good job (i.e., Tabitha being burned at the stake by the ancestors of the Bennetts and Cranes), it came of as being really cheezy. But this seemed different. This was more over-the-top and elaborate, just like the Titanic scenes. Granted, it was still a little cheezy, but in a more humorous sort of way. Humorous because the show continues to push the envelope with its main characters and intertwine them into ancient history. I wouldn't want to see this type of storyline every month, but it was different and refreshing to say the least. Who knows, maybe this summer we will find out that Sheridan and Luis were really Romeo and Juliet in another past life.

I AM Mrs. Julian Crane!

Theresa has been saying for weeks how she is the real Mrs. Julian Crane, because her annulment to Julian was invalid by her being pregnant with his baby. Seems that nobody will listen to her or take her seriously. So what does she do to get everyone's full and undivided attention? She shocks the crowd at the Seascape restaurant by announcing that she's the true Mrs. Julian Crane, and offers to pay for everyone's dinner. The crowd at the restaurant is stunned by this, no one more so then Ivy and Rebecca.

Thanks to Zombie Charity pretending to be Julian returning from Hell, the stage is set for a wild ride of accusations and backstabbing in Harmony. Theresa went from being a starry-eyes little girl to a cutthroat woman in just a couple of days, thanks to the horrible treatment she is receiving from Ivy. Who would have thought that last year Theresa would have had the guts to stand up to the powerful Ivy Crane? Now, thanks to her unfortunate circumstances (being pregos), she has somehow found the strength and determination to go against the most powerful family in Harmony.

Of course, Ivy and Rebecca are outraged by Theresa's claim, but that doesn't stop this little diva in the making and she won't back down. She turns the heat up another notch or two, and orders Ivy and Rebecca to move out of the Crane mansion, HER mansion. It's quite funny to see someone call out "Mrs. Crane", and to have all three women answer. But now, it seems that the only Mrs. Crane that people are listening to is Theresa. Kudos to her for sticking to her guns and trying to get what is legally hers, albeit in a most un-Theresa like fashion.

WOODY STUMPER
March 25th thru March 29th, 2002
Have Lawyer - Will Sue!

How great was it to witness Theresa and her new attorney, Woody Stumper, arrive at the Crane mansion and announce to everyone that they plan on suing for the rightful title and money as Julian Crane's spouse?

Mr. Stumper was quick-tongued and outlandish, rattling off his list of legal mumbo-jumbo to Ethan and the rest of the bewildered woman who claim to be Crane's. Woody was like a large tornado blowing through town and right into Ivy's living room, and completely swept her out of her wheelchair with his hysterics. Theresa just stood by and let her attorney do the talking, all the while, Ethan stood there, mouth ajar and wondering, "Who the hell is this guy?"

If this is any indication of what's to come with Theresa trying to get her hands on Julian's money, we are all going to be in for one big thrill, because Woody is not your regular, everyday lawyer. Note to Ivy: You should have been nicer to Theresa in the past – now look what you've gotten yourself into.

THERESA CRANE
July 15th thru July 19th, 2002
The Green Mile!

Wow! - that's the word that sums up Theresa's great performance, in her state of denial as the hours of her execution drew near. I truly believed it in her facial expressions and actions as she denied to everyone that she would not be executed. No matter what anyone said to her, she just would not believe that the end was near. She firmly believed that the man she loved, Ethan Winthrop, would rescue her. Even as Theresa was brought to the Death Chamber where she was strapped down for her lethal injection, she still believed and assured her grieving and devastated family that she would live. It was truly a heartbreaking as her family gathered together in tears to say good-bye to Theresa. It is bad enough to say good-bye to a daughter, sister or friend that is being put to death, but to watch and hear her say she will not die and all will be well, that was just devastating.

Watching her lay there strapped down as the time draws near to her death, brave and hopeful. And as the phone rings she is certain that it was her rescuing time, as I am sure many others thought as well. But sadly she was not saved, and she was slowly put to sleep. But I am sure that the story with Theresa has not yet ended, and to tell you the truth --- I can't wait.
