His
Journey's Just Begun
By Ellen Brenneman
Don't
think of him as gone away--
his journey's just begun
life holds so many facets
this earth is only one.
Just
think of him as resting
from the sorrows and the tears
in a place of warmth and comfort
where there are no days and years.
Think
how he must be wishing
that we could know today
how nothing but our sadness
can really pass away.
And think of him as living
in the hearts of those he touched...
for nothing loved is ever lost--
and he was loved so much.

I Have a Place in Heaven
Author Unknown
Please
don't sing sad songs for me,
Forget your grief and fear,
For I am in a perfect place
Away from pain and tears...
It's
far away from hunger
And hurt and want and pride,
I have a place in Heaven
With the Master at my side.
My
life on earth was very good,
As earthly life can go,
But Paradise is so much more
Than anyone can know...
My
heart is filled with happiness
And sweet rejoicing, too.
To walk with God is perfect peace,
A joy forever new. |
Loveliest of lovely things are they
On earth that soonest pass away.
The rose that lives its little hour
Is prized beyond the sculptured flower.

Love Lives On
Love Lives
On, by Amanda Bradley
Those we love are never really lost to us--
we feel them in so many special ways--
through friends they always cared about
and dreams they left behind,
in beauty that they added to our days...
in words of wisdom we still carry with us
and memories that never will be gone...
Those we love
are never really lost to us--
for everywhere their special love lives on.
~ Amanda Bradley ~ |
Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can
steal.
