a job. I'd like to work in a sales department of an international trade
company, or something similar, so I'm focusing on English business
communication. I feel my English skills are improving in every class. I think a

I’m 26 years old.
My major is chemical engineering and I'm a senior. There's some
interesting topic to tell you about - information on how to have a trip to
China the cheapest way. I'm sure that it would be useful to somebody who is
planning a trip to China. The information is based on my experience in China
during the last summer vacation, so it is the latest information on the
cheapest hotels in a major region in China, the way to bargain for things, and
how to get a train ticket (it is very difficult).
My major is to
play the piano. I started when I was six years old. At first, I felt that to
play the piano was very interesting, but then I realized that it was hard to
learn more and more. Sometimes, I tried to give up, but every time, my teacher
and my mother got my passion. Perhaps, if they hadn’t helped me, I would have
given up. I thank them sincerely. Although I sometimes feel my major is
difficult, I’m trying to overcome my feelings and I'm happy that my major is to
play the piano.
I'm
a Christian. I love to sing gospels and to read the Bible. I believe there is endless,
perfect love in the world. I'm positive and active. My mind is stronger than my
body, so I'm not an emotional person. I'm mostly happy; maybe because God
solves the problems. I like meeting new people and a new world. I want to have
some change or improve myself. I feel good now, because writing and speaking in

can call me Song. I've been interested in English conversation since I joined
the army. Actually, I had nothing special to do in the army, so I started to
study English conversation. At that time, I used radio education programs, such
as Good Morning Pops, English Conversation, Morning Special, etc. Now, I am
attending professor Jonas' class, and it's good for me. I want to study
English more and more, and if possible, I want to get a job abroad.
I'm a 24-year old young man. My hobby is driving
a car, so I had a chance to attend Inter Tec in Korea at Chang-won as an
official. That was my first time to attend motor sports. It was a good
experience for me, and for other people who love motor sports. I like other
sports as well. I tried lots of sports, like horseback riding, skiing,
snowboarding, and golf. I hurt myself lots of times. I even broke my collarbone
twice within 2 months in 1996. So I’m having a hard time now. I’m basically a
man who loves sports more than other things.

When I was a child, I was very introverted, so
my parents worried and tried to change my personality. As a result, I’m now
less introverted; sometimes, I’m very active! I like to listen to music and go

movies. I belong to two clubs. One is related to my major (business
management). I study consulting there and prepare for a consulting contest in

from Taiwan. Yes, you are right. I am Chinese, as everyone thinks. But if you
ask me, "Are you Chinese?" I will reply specifically by saying,
"I am Taiwanese!", since my grandfather migrated from the Mainland of
China with the Ku-Min Dang army troops. I am a third generation Taiwanese as a
result of his immigration. And Taiwan is now an independent country of the
