       -Avoid fried food.
        Fried food like French fries or fried chicken is normally cooked in hot oil and soaks up more saturated fats and calories, which may clog in the arteries.  If you eat fried food a lot, you will increase the risk of high cholesterol level, strokes or heart disease rather than those who do not.  Therefore, you should consume grilled, roasted, broiled, boiled, baked or steamed foods instead of fried foods.  Also, you should eat lean meats without skin, where most fat lies, whenever you can.

       
-Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables.
        You should add  various fresh fruits and vegetables to your meals as often as you eat fast food because fruits and vegetables increase the amounts of essential fibers, vitamins and minerals to maintain proper growth like all essential nutrition.  Also, they help you fill up the hole in your stomach.
         Moreover, if you have a salad, you should limit the amounts of high fat creamy items and salad dressing you choose to keep down the fats and calories.  Instead of pouring a ladle of salad dressing over your salad, you should dip your fork into some dressing served on the side of the salad bowl.

        
-Exercise for health.
         Although you have fast food and your body weight is still the same, you should balance the amounts of calories in foods and drinks with the amounts of your body uses.  Exercise, such as walking, running, swimming, cycling, playing soccer or something else, is an important way to use energy from food and burn fats and calories.  You should do some exercise (at least 30 minutes in moderation) everyday.

         
-Control eating habit.
          You should not often eat fast food even though you are familiar with it and your eating habits are hard to break.  Also, you should be a selective person with fast food you eat and eating out of necessity rather than out of  habit.

           Actually, you have probably heard many tips and suggestions about eating fast food wisely from other sources.  Perhaps you may know more than I do.  However, do you follow those tips?
           In my opinions, you can have fast food and other kinds of food as much as you want.  However, you have to know what you eat.  You might already know the phrase, "you are what you eat" ,because your health and life depend on your eating habits.  Besides, you must balance fast food meal with other food choices during the day.  Don't forget to see a doctor if you eat fast food and you do not follow any tips!
