Involved in making my first Paralaunch were all the costs and the time to make it and adjust it afterword. Here I document both, for you to consider before making one yourself.

1 - Item Costs

  1. WIRE (A trip to the store, knowing what is needed). $.24
  2. POUCH Required purchasing twenty, to get one. $.18
  3. Purchase BUTTON (You may already have a large button) $.30
  4. Purchase four WASHERS $.24
  5. Include Paralaunch using INSTRUCTIONS $.27
  6. Include Parachute making INSTUCTIONS $.27
Total Item Cost= $1.50

2 - Time Spent

  1. I spent approximately one and a half hours making the first Paralaunch.
  2. Even knowing what was required, testing and adjusting took 30 minutes. This will be a time of trial and error for you.

It took me a total of approximately two hours.

Now, consider what you know and the value of your time.

Let us use the U.S.A. minimum wage as a value.

2hrs x $6.75/hr = $13.50

Addomg cost of items and time needed yields this result:

Total of Item Costs and Time Needed= $15.00

Having now demonstrated my cost, I recommend the purchase of at lease one Paralaunch as a sample to use for your own manufacture. After trying to make one yourself, you will realize my prices are quite reasonable. Yet I know you can do it.

Remember I quarentee, with some exceptions, my Paralaunch to work for ever.
