Some believe that even one of the washers included in the kit or the button will act as a barrier when attached in line (see below).
As displayed above the inline approach will not work. The Paralaunch is designed to work correctly and then return to the bottom of the string only when it meets a barrier it cannot get caught up upon. The correct connection of the button should be made as the following picture indicates.
