Introduction

A while ago I was reading issue forty one of sci-fi and fantasy models international and I came across an article about a bunch of German fx guys and general sc-fi movie enthusiasts who had come together and began a very impressive project. This was to make a movie that would not only give the sci-fi genre a well needed boost in Germany but would also show the world that big budget Special effects are achievable on a shoe string, the project is called NYDENION.

Being a Student in Special effects model making at Bournemouth institute of art and design here in England I thought I would drop the guys an E-mail and tell them a little bit about myself and maybe offer my services. Over the next month or so I was in contact with writer and director Jack Moik about doing some work for the project. originally I was asked to build some background models for a space port sequence, since then my responsibility's have grown somewhat and I now have the job of building the TC-85 CRUSADER hero model. I have decided to put this site together as a sort of photo' journal of the building process of the Models I will be directly involved with....
