Formed 1962 by Winston Riley (b. 1946, Kingston), Slim Smith, Franklyn White and Frederick Waite. In 1966 the group broke up, Smith leaving for a solo career. In 1967 Pat Kelly replaced Smith as lead singer. Others that been members are Bruce Ruffin, Jackie Parris (from The Sensations), Marvin Brooks, Tyrone Evans, Ernest Wilson, Dave Barker, and Lloyd Parks.
