Noel Simms

Noel 'Skully' Simms (a.k.a. Skitter, Zoot Simms, Mr. Foundation, etc). Duo with Arthur Robinson as Bunny & Skitter, began their recording career in the late '50s for "Coxsone" Dodd. Moved in 1961 to Prince Buster's Wild Bells label.
