• AWF returns after 10 years
• 2003 - 07-20 "Annihilation" - Attacked The Terminator during the main event of Annihilation.  Joined DoomsDay
• 2003 - 07-23 Signed new AWF contract
• 2003 - 08-13 PerfectPico.tk was born due to the AWF's former Presidents refusal to promote me or DoomsDay
• 2003 - 08-27 AWF President makes Pico's first official match back against........Rockin Rick?????
• 2003 - 09-17 Perfect Pico goes into hiatus after recent events involving DoomsDay.  Website hits 1000 hit mark.
• 2003 - 09-19 DoomsDay takes over old AWF Website
• 2003 - 12-07 "Reloaded" - Defeated the Terminator for the World Heavyweight Title
• 2004 - 02-01 Clark Parker refuses to allow Pico to be involved with ICW
• 2004 - 02-25 Perfect Pico is stripped of the AWF Title
• 2004 - 03-10 Pico signs new AWF contract with new  stipulations one that allows him to manage in ICW and another that lets him choose his opponents at the certain AWF events.
• 2004 - 03-11 Parker returns AWF Title to Pico
• 2004 - 04-04 "SuperSlam" - Successfully defended the title against Kage
• 2004 - 05-02 "WrestleFest III" - Successfully defended the title against The Terminator in a grueling ladder match that was deemed the most violent match in AWF History.  ICW's Shawn Prime attacks Pico after the match.
• 2004 - 06-08 Clark Parker and the Board of Directors voted to Strip Pico and freeze the AWF Championship till after July 25th, afraid that Pico might go ahead and defend the title in another promotion.
• 2004 - 07-24 DoomsDay makes an unscheduled appearance during an NAW event.  They were escorted from the building by security after they got into a verbal altercation with The Commissioner Blood Stone and "YFW" Danny Dennis.
• 2004 - 08-13 DoomsDay make another surprise appearance at an NAW show to attack DBK after his match.
• 2004 - 10-27 Named AWF Wrestler of the Year
• 2004 - 10-27 Won Match of the Year honors for his ladder match against The Terminator at WrestleFest III

ICW

• 2004 - 01-31 "Dead End" - Saved The Rage and attacked Dirtbike Kid and Jersey Kid to join Rude Awakening
• 2004 - 03-21 "Rampage" - Attacked "Dirtbike Kid" Shawn Prime following his match with The Rage.
• 2004 - 06-06 "Raging Controversy IV" - Contract signing between Perfect Pico and Shawn Prime for a last man standing match at "Double Jeopardy III ends up a violent brawl".
• 2004 - 06-06 DBK-Jersey Kid vs Skorpio-Rage ends up with Jersey Kid turning his back on DBK.  As DBK was getting pummeled, Pico returned to the ring with his DoomsDay gear on, talking on his Cell.  A few moments later the person on the other end of the phone was revealed to be Machoman Moreira with the rest of DoomsDay.  Here the attack on DBK conitnued ending with Pico hitting the Deathdrop and telling him the he will see him on the 25th of July.
• 2004 - 07-25 "Double Jeopardy III" Pico fought DBK to a double KO.  Early in the match Pico suffered a back injury and continued to fight rather than quit for another 24 Minutes.
• 2004 - 08-24 "Brink of Insanity" Pico was a surprise entrant in the Battle Rumble.  Brief stare down with DBK after he was eliminated.
• 2004 - 10-24 "Insanniversary 4" Turned on Skorpio as DoomsDay became the new owners of ICW.
• 2004 - 11-21 "Total Meltdown" Suspended Eric Daniels from Announcing duties.  Attacked DBK from behind after he arrived late.  Fought throughout ringside eventually spilling into the ring while a match was in progress.  Attacked ICW Champion Xtreme Chris and Joker after their match.  Eventually the entire ICW locker room spilled into the ring to fight off DoomsDay.  DoomsDay fires entire locker room except Rude Awakening.
