The Perennial Exchange was founded in August of 1995 with the purpose of providing members the opportunity to...

*Exchange plants to offset the cost of commercial nurseries.
*Help new gardeners by selling or giving away excess plants.
*Use group buying power to obtain perennials at discount or wholesale cost.
*Meet other gardeners in the area
*Share garden designs and ideas.
*Interact with other memebers online.

A member directory is published twice a year, in early Spring and again in the Fall. The directory lists our name, address, phone number and the plants we have to trade, give away, or sell. If you are a new gardener, or just looking for plants, your "want list" is included. Once you receive the directory, it is up to you to contact other members to trade, buy, sell or give away.

The Perennial Exchange provides members the opportunity to obtain plants at wholesale or discount cost. We are currently receiving a 50% discount on retail plant costs.


Other members benefits include regional plant swaps, garden tours, and the opportunity to meet other gardeners with knowledge and experience to share.

To join, click on the link and print the application. Mail with your $10 annual membership fee to the address provided on the application. Your membership will make hundreds of dollars worth of free plants available to you and a chance to grow new friendships. Your name and plant listing will be printed in the next directory.
