I have done research in West Virginia, Kentucky, Virginia, and Northwestern North Carolina. I do online and courthouse/archival research, printouts of various types of genealogical reports, records photocopying, cemetery investigating/surveying including photography of gravemarkers, family gedcom file production, and much more.
Most of my experience is in Southern West Virginia, where I live. My most extentsive research has been in Logan, Lincoln, Mingo, Boone, Wyoming, and McDowell counties in West Virginia. Some of the families that I have researched are: Adkins, Anderson, Ball, Blevins, Chafin, Curry, Hagi, Hatfield, Maynard, Meadows, Pennington, Perry, Runyon, and Sizemore.
The services I perform and their fees are: Research-Archival, cemetery, courthouse, and internet: $15.00 per hour. Discounts available in blocks of hours, email for further info. Driving expenses: at cost in $5 increments. Printouts for Ascendancy and descendancy charts, family group charts, Family trees (pedigree charts), kinship reports, and family group reports are $0.05 per page. Family history books are $0.10 per page. Family Calendars and ancestry maps are $5.00 each. Photocopies of census pages are $0.20 per page. Copies of birth, death, and marriage certificates are $2.50 each or at cost if my cost is higher. Email me for gedcom file pricing.
