| 2009 Rates and Availability Cottage rentals begin Saturday at 6 pm and run through the following Saturday at noon. Rental rates are $1300/week from early summer through Labor Day; spring and fall rentals available for $800/week or $500/weekend (Fri-Mon). Discounts are available for multi-week rentals. We request a $500 deposit to hold the reservation, which becomes the refundable security deposit. The rental payment is due 21 days prior to the start of the rental period.
