Introduction
Most caregivers today - do not have the help and support from other family members or siblings. This makes for a more difficult challenge in many of our lives. Support in itself is something most caregivers need in order to maintain their strength, health and well being. While we caregivers go about our duties with pride and stride- often times we tend to feel resentment, towards ourselves, towards our family members and siblings and in some cases even the person we are caring for.

Caregivers are the most unselfish beings God brought to this earth, we ask for nothing in return but respect, love, kindness, consideration and appreciation- seldom receiving this,
Sadly we caregivers really don't have any place to go to release our stress and tensions of our day, those around us either do not have time to listen, don't truly understand the efforts and time we put into the things we do on a daily basis. Leaving many of us to feel alone and withdrawn.
Because I, myself have siblings who really don't put forth any effort to lend a hand or offer support, I decided we caregivers need an outlet, a place to go where others DO understand how we feel. A place to vent frustration and concerns,  to laugh and release, share and embrace.

We welcome you into our online family, to grow, learn, express, share and experience the true gift within each one of us, to allow us to look inward and focus more on what we do rather than what others "Don't" do.
And for us all to realize that what we do in our lives (as hectic and crazy as iit gets at times) is rewarding, and beautiful and though we may not be told as often as we'd like to be, we ARE appreciated!

When you click onto our online family and become part of us, we become part of you. A warm, comfortable enviroment with no judgment placed before you, only compassion and understanding, love and many virtual hugs.
We know what it is like - We know the emotions, We know the stress-

What we often forget is to take care of ourselves, to remind ourselves of who we are, reward ourselves for the kindness and love we give to those we love and care for. To be proud of our accomplishments. Without you, where
would your loved one be today? You are an angel sent to do a job that few ever get the chance to experience.
Great challenges to get through but in the end we can rest knowing we did all we could and can take a sigh of relief to know that "it is okay".

Be proud of who you are, and all that you do. And when you forget,
we will be here to remind you. You never have to feel alone again.
