| A Doula is someone who is trained and experienced in supporting women and their families in aspiring to achieve the birth that they desire. A doula gives emotional, physical and informational support to help the birthing mother and family during pregnancy, labour, birth and early postpartum. Your Doula does not provide clinical care but instead helps to ensure that someone is always available to look after you emotionally and help you to attain the birth you desire. |
