Christopher was born july 20,2002 with Trisomy 21. When Christopher was born I was appalled that the information and resources in Panama City and the surrounding area were so limited. There was not even a support group. A little has changed but more can be done but we need your support. As parents it is up to us to advocate for our children. It was created to support, educate and provide families with information and resource in the Panama City Florida area who are blessed with a child who has Down Syndrome. My Goal is to provide an on-going parent-to-parent support system, making available a network of resources within the community at large, i.e. social, physical, emotional, spiritual and educational contacts to meet the needs of the parents, siblings and persons with Down Syndrome. I also strive to create more awareness within the community. If anyone is interesting in contributing to this endeavor please let me know. It is more than welcome. I am not a medical professional! I am not an expert in any field. Please Read The disclaimer below! The information provided on this website is gathered through my research as a parent of a child with Downs Syndrome.
