I have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Paul Avard for more than 4 years. I interacted with Paul on daily basis for our Conference Server development lifecycle. I found Paul to be a well organized, motivated and conscientious leader of his Quality Assurance organization. He is respected by his subordinates and works well with colleagues and supervisors as well.
