At the beginning of March, 2003, we found out we were blessed to be carrying another baby. :) Somehow, right away I always knew the baby was a girl. She was due on December 7th, my birthday, which made it even more special.
The beginning of the pregnancy went fine, with the normal awful morning sickness! On June 11th I went in for a regular appt and ultrasound and the technician could find no heartbeat. I was devastated. I never knew I could be that sad.
Tests were run, and a few weeks later we learned our baby was a girl, just like I had known. They could find nothing wrong.
We named her Emma Rose. I miss her terribly and wish I had had the chance to hold her and tell her I love her. We'll meet again someday, but for now I am comforted by the knowledge that she is safe in the arms of Jesus. |
