"When did I become lost in such pain?"
It wasn't always like this, it just started out as a little ache perhaps, or maybe it was a car accident, maybe the families gene pool is catching up to me. Or, all the chemicals I am surrounded in everyday.
I was a carefree, vital, fun loving, and competent person !! I owned a business, for goodness sakes !
I know I am in here somewhere, I still exist !!
There must be someone to know the skills to cope....

We have heard these words repeated over and over by so many people, we have put this group together to offer validation that we are not our pain, we are not our illness, but, life has changed and now we must find what we 'can' do and not identify ourselves by what we can't do.
We want to offer a safer environment for those who are ill with any of the many disease's that plague us in this time.
This group is created to help with the frustrations in life, and to celebrate the victories that come our way.
We need your help, and input, your wisdom to help others like us, please.
