It was a snowy day and Liga was sitting at her telephone talking to Sabina, her best friend. They always call each other, because they have got something incommon and it is - Kellys! They are two fans of Kellys and they really love them.
Liga started to talk:
- Hey, Sabi! What are you doing?
- Well, I am just talking to you...
- But I am dreaming about my dream boy Angelo. You know how much I love him but I am sure if I meet him one day, he would never like me! I know it!
- Don't say that!
- And how are in your love life? How about Paddy?
- Paddy...Paddy! Of course I love him so much, my dear! Oh my God actually I really want to meet him, too! I miss him!
They talked for a half an hour and then said goodbye! Liga is always happy after Sabina's phone call. But suddenly her telephone rang again...She thought Sabina is calling her, because maybe she forgot something important.
- Hey, Sabi!
- I am not Sabi, I am Elen.
- Oh, sorry Elen! I thought...
- Yeah, you can explain it later! But I have got great news specially for you my friend.
(Elen is Liga's sister's best friend)
- News? What news? About my sister, or...
- Or about Kellys!
- Kellys?
- Yes, you got it!
- well, I am listening! Please talk! I can't wait.
- Just listen and don't die from happiness.
- O.K!
- They will come to our hometown after 5 weeks. And...
- After 5 weeks? You are joking! I saw their tourdate, really, I saw it by myself!
- No, no, not with a concert! With a TV show...
Liga was the happiest fan in the world....!!!!! And as fast as she could she phoned Sabina, her sweet heart!

Sabina just wanted go to a walk with her dog when the telephone rang. Didn't really expect any call and she was really surprised when she heard a very familiar voice. It was Liga and she sounded so happy.
- Sabina, you won't believe what I just found out!
- What?! Tell me!
- It's about Kellys. They will come here on the TV show!
- Oh, my God! Really?! When?! Tell me all!
- Well, I don't know almost anything yet but they will come here right at the time you'll come to me. Remember? After 5 weeks?
- What?! I just can't believe it! Are you kiddin' me? That can't be true!
- Yes, it is true! You know I wouldn't make fun of you my dear friend!
- Oh, I'm just so happy. I would never imagine that this could happen. Oh, Liga I can't wait to come to you!
When they talked about it for a while Lino (Sabina's dog;o)) started to bark cause he wanted to go for a walk. So they stopped talking and Sabina hang up the phone. She was so happy. She didn't see them for so long already and missed them so so much. Esp. her lovely Paddy. She was walking like in dreams and thinking about what Liga just told her. It's so great cause they were planning Sabina's visit by her for a long time already and now it all seemed so much more perfect cause also Kellys will be there.
Those 5 weeks passed by so quickly and Sabina was already on her way to Latvia. The first day they were only talking and talking about the Kellys and how it will be on the show on the next day. They went to sleep very late eventhough they knew that tomorrow it will be a big day for them. They woke up early and after breakfast they went in the city. Liga showed Sabina around a little. It was very beautiful but Sabina wasn't thinking so much about it. In her head was only a place for Paddy. She couldn't think about anything else.
- Oh, Liga, I'm so nervoes. I will see Paddy today. And you will see Angelo. Aren't you nervoes too?
- Yes, of course I am. It's so great isn't it? We will see them again. And so close. Cause the studio is very small. Not so many people will be there.
- Yeah that's so great.
It was already late and so they went to the studio.

They were really surprised, because when they got there only some fans were waiting for our sweet Kellys!
Liga said to Sabina:
- Oh, sweet honey, look at those few fans!
- Well, maybe there will be more after some minutes...
- Maybe...
So they were waiting for Kellys already 2 hours and finally they arrived!!!! Both were so exited, so happy!
There were only some 15 fans waiting for Kellys.
TV-show started...lights...music, first chords and then they appeared!
- Wow! Dear, look at Angelo - Sabi told Liga...
- Yeah...and you! You look at Paddy! Just have a look! Really great and what do you think of his skirts?
- Well, sexy, I think! - Sabi answered.
- And Angelo is just like an angel, as always! - Liga said.
- Yeah, just like an angel!
Some minutes passed and then Kellys started their old song *My boney is over the ocean* and Maite told to fans:
- Hey, everybody! We need two girls - one for Paddy and one for Angelo! I want you two to come to the stage!
She pointed on Sabina and Liga.
- Oh my God! - they shouted together!
And they came on the stage! They WERE lucky! And happy! Liga hold Angelo's hand and Sabi hold Paddy's hand and they started to dance...when the song was close to ends Angelo said Liga near her ear:
- Hey, dear, maybe you can come upstairs after the concert to my room, we'll go to dinner!
- Me???
And the same was with Paddy and you...

When Sabina and Paddy started to dance she was just so happy. She was afraid to look at him when they were so close and she was looking away.
- Why don't you look at me? (Paddy asked)
- Why? I don't know. I'm a bit afraid...
- Afraid? Why? I won't do anything bad.
- I know. (I started to smile): So I will look now okay?
- Okay. What's your name?
- Sabina.
- Are you living close here?
- No. (I started to laugh again)
- Where are you living then?
- In Slovenia.
- Slovenia?! What are you doing here then? Don't say to me that you only came to see us.
- No, not at all. I came to see my best friend. The one who's dancing with Angelo now.
- Oh, I see. Damn the song it's over. Why don't you two come to our hotel later on? We can talk more then okay?
- Okay. We'd love to. Thx Paddy.
They stopped dancing and she got a hug and a kiss from him and Liga got this from Angelo. They went back to their sits and Sabina could wait no more to tell Liga what Paddy said. But she started to talk first.
- Sabina Angelo said I have to come to his room later!
- Really!? Paddy also said to me that we both have to come to their hotel lately. It's so cool don't you think?! I would never imagine that anything like this would ever happen!
- Yes, I would never expect this too!
They enjoyed the rest of the show so much. Paddy and Angelo were looking to them and smile and they were feeling like they are in heaven.
- Look, he's looking at you again! (said Liga to Sabina)
- I know. I just can't believe he really does.
- Yes, he does. He likes you so much!
- No he doesn't! he doesn't even know me!
- So what? He'll get to know you soon. And he sure likes you otherwise he wouldn't invite you to their hotel!
- Yeah, you're right! And so Angelo likes you too! Oh, look. He's coming down now.
Angelo started to sing I can't help myself and he looked straight into Liga's eyes. She was melting and I was so happy for her. I was looking to her and Angelo a while to make sure that they are really looking at eachother. It was really nice. But then I felt like someone is watching me. I looked around and stopped at Paddy. He smiled when our eyes met. I smiled back to him and we looked at eachother the whole song. After this the show was over. They said goodbye and went away. We stood up and wanted to go out of the studio but we heard a voice behind us. We looked back and saw Paddy standing at the backstage door. All other fans already went out we were almost the only ones left in the studio. We went to him and he smiled.
- So will you come with us then? (Paddy asked)
- Yes, of course.
- Okay. Come here then.
- In there? In the backstage? Can we do that?
- Yes, of course you can. I invited you so come.
He hold my hand and we went with him. I looked at Liga and she smiled to me cause Paddy and I were holding hands. I was really happy. We came to the dressing room. Everyone looked at us and I blushed cause I was really shy and I thought it was so horrible that they saw me holding Paddy's hand. I wanted to let him go but he was holding me and didn't want to leave my hand. All the Kellys started to say hi to us and I felt a bit better. We stayed at the studio for a while cause the Kellys had some more interviews. Paddy and Joey had to go in one other room on the interview and I was there all alone. Liga was together with Angelo on one "zofa" and I was sitting on the chair feeling loney. I was happy for Liga that she is talking to Angelo. She saw me looking sad and came to me.
- What's wrong my dear? Why do you look so sad?
- Oh, it's nothing just that Paddy isn't here and I'm alone. But don't worry about me okay?! Go to Angelo and have fun!
- No, I will stay here with you and keep you company!
- Are you crazy?! No, go to Angelo. Paddy will come back soon anyway! Go!
She finally went back to him.
So Liga started her conversation with Angelo and Angelo asked:
-So so so, tell me about yourself, dear! You said your name is Liga, right?
- Yeah...
-And? Is it a Latvian name?
- Oh, yes, our national! But I don't like to talk only about myself. So what do you think about that TV-show?
- Actually it wasn't one of our best...
- Wasn't? Why?
- Well, of course I met you...but the fans weren't so atractive. You know...
- Yes, I understand you!
Sabina started to think about the evening today when Maite came to me.
- Hello! Do you want me to keep you company for a while? Cause you really look sad.
- Oh, thanks Maite but I'm sure you have better things to do.
- No, not really. So, what's your name anyway?
- Sabina.
- Nice name. Isn't that German?
- I don't know. Isn't Sabine German?
- Yes maybe. So is it Latvian then?
- No, why?
- Well, cause you're from Latvia and cause it's not German. (she started to laugh)
- No, you're wrong. I'm not Latvian.
- You're not? From where are you then?
- Slovenia. I'm here for a visit.
- Cool. It's far away.
We talked a bit about me when finally Paddy came.
-Maite thanks for being with Sabina. But you can leave now.
Maite started to laugh and went leave us alone. Paddy sat next to me and looked in my eyes.
- You weren't too alone or?
- No, Maite was with me. It's okay.
- Well, I'm here now and I won't leave anytime soon.
I smiled to him and I was really happy. After five more minutes we went to the bus which drove us to the hotel in which the Kellys were sleeping. It was a huge hotel de Roma. I wasn't in any so huge and beautiful before. We went inside and Paddy asked me to wait in the salon for a few minutes so that he can get changed. Also Angelo went to his room and we started to talk.
- Liga we are truly lucky aren't we?
- Yes, we are Sabina! They really like us you know.
- Yes, I know. Oh, God, this is so great! Can you imagine?! Us together with them in their hotel?
- No, not really. I still think it's a beautiful dream.
I pinched her and she yelled.
- See, it's not a dream!
I started to laugh and she looked angry back to me.
- C'mon I was just kidding Liga. I'm sorry if it hurted you. I won't do it again.
- No, it's okay. Just be more gentle. (she started to laugh now too)
After some minutes they both came down the stairs. I just opened my mouth and looked at Paddy. He was so handsome. They both were wearing tight black trousers and a sweather. I never saw Paddy like this. He was really so nice. Liga was also just starring at Angelo and couldn't even move. They came to us and take our hands.
- Shall we go to dinningroom now madams?!

- Yes! - we both said together! - We think, we are ready!
Paddy and Angelo just looked at us and smiled... maybe they were a bit shocked, but...we were so happy and smiled like the sun! It WAS a dream! It really was...but for how long time? For this evening? For some minutes? But we decided to spent this time together with two great Kelly-boys anyway and we felt like the happiest girls in the whole world.
We ate dinner and then Paddy asked you:
- Well, maybe let's dance?
- Sure, you answered.
Sabina and Paddy went to dance and Liga with Angelo stayed and started a new conversation.
Angelo said:
- Maybe you wonder why we are not dancing?
- No, not at all. Why?
- It is because I don't like to dance.
- You don't like? But on the stage? You are moving all the time...
- But it is the different way! It isn't like this.
- But when we danced together in the TV-show...it was a fantastic dance. The one I will never forget!
- Thanks!
- But you must know, that it isn't neccessary to dance with me. I think to dance together, close to each other is very personally, very special.
- Yes! O.K! Let's see where are those two - Paddy and your friend...
- Well...I can't see them!
- So am I! So am I!
- Oh, look, they are sitting at that table!
- Imagine!? Your friend and my brother left us! Well, well...something is happening...something is going on!

We danced one dance together but it wasn't really fun. It was a bit too fast and I don't like to dance those dances. So Paddy said we better go to sit and talk a bit. We went to one table cause we wanted to be alone and also we thought that also Liga and Angelo want. We sat down and started talking.
- How do you like it so far? (Paddy asked me)
- Like what?
- You know... Me and you...
- I like it very much. But I know...
I stopped talking and look at the ground.
- You know what Sabina? Tell me.
- I know that it can't go on.
- Why not? Don't you like me?
- No, of course I like you. You can't even imagine how much but...
- It's cause I'm Paddy right?
- Yes, cause you're Paddy...
I said sadly and I felt so shity. Tears came into my eyes and I had to close them that Paddy wouldn't see them.
- Do you think I'm something special? Don't you think I can have a girl?
- It's not that... It's just that we don't belong together. I'm your fan remember? That can't go like this.
- But I like you a lot. Can't we at least try?
I turned around cause now I really was crying. I felt so bad about all. I loved the guy so much and he liked me and I was talking this bullshit to him. Sometime ago I would do anything to come here where I was now and now when I'm really here I don't want it anymore?! I was really confused but everything seemed so wrong. Paddy put his arms around and hug me and I started to cry. At the same time Angelo and Liga were still looking us and Angelo was laughing.
- They look really serious don't you think?! I wonder what are they talking right now.
- No, something is wrong. I can feel it.
- Why do you thik that? Nothing is wrong. Your friend is crazy about him and he also likes her a lot. He told me that when we were in the room. And they sit really close..
- No, look now... See. She turned around and she looks really sad.
- Oh, you're right.
At this moment I stood up and ran away. I ran out of the hotel and sat on the fountain in the park beside the hotel. (It was the Riga's park) I started to cry really hard and I was feeling so stupid. Why did I do that? I should be happy and have the guy for this night. But I knew that's not right and that's why I probably did this. Suddenly I felt an arm around me and I felt like I need that now so I hold to that person really tight and didn't stop crying.
- Sabina it will be okay.
It was Liga. I was so happy that she came to me cause I really needed her.
- Oh, Liga, I'm so stupid.
- No, you're not. You made the right thing.
- Why do I feel so bad then?
- Cause you love him Sabina. And cause you also know that he loves you.
- He doesn't love me Liga. He only likes me a bit.
- Angelo said he told him that he likes you a lot.
- Did he?
I stopped crying and looked to Liga.
- Yes, he really said that but don't say that I told you okay?!
- No, sure I won't. But please tell me what should I do?
- I don't know. But tell me. Wasn't that your biggest wish that Paddy and you come together?
- Yes.
- So why don't you enjoy it now when you got him? I know it can't last long and you also know that but why don't you give him a try? It can be bad I guess. I will give a chance to Angelo.
She made me feel okay again. I started to laugh.
- You will let him?
- Let what?
I started to smile to her.
- Oh, you're crazy! No, I won't let him that! You're mean you know that?
- No, I'm not mean. But tell me. Would you do it if he would want it?
- No, I guess I wouldn't. You know that! Would you?
- No! Well... Shit. I can't think straight now. I don't think so I guess.
- You guess? So you would?!
- No... Liga I really don't know. I guess not. Look I even don't want to be with him now so...
- Oh, you want to be with him you just panicked a bit. So now you'll go back inside with me and tell him you're sorry.
- Why?! Am I sorry? No, just kiddin'... I will really do that. Cause I wanna be with him so badly and I really don't wanna hurt him.
So we went back inside. Paddy was sitting with Angelo by our table again. When he saw me he was looking to me with a question in his eyes. I started to melt again when i saw his look. He was so beautiful. And I was mad at myself why did I have to do that. I sat down next to him while Liga sat to Angelo.
- I'm sorry Paddy. I was acting so childish!
- It's okay Sabina. I guess I understand what you're feeling about all this.
He gave me a hug and I was happy again. I have to promise to myself not to do anything stupid anymore.
- Will you go with me on a walk outside?
- Of course Paddy. I'd love to go.
We went on the walk and Angelo and Liga just went to their table and sat close together.
He held my hand and I was happy again. It was nice to feel him so close and hold his hand. He has so great hands. Such strong fingers. And he held me so gentle. We were walking in silence. It was dark and the sky was full of stars. Everything was so romantic. We came to the park and Paddy stoped walking.
- Is it something wrong?
I asked him when he turned to me.
- No. I just want to look at you that's all.
I blushed. I wasn't really prepeared that he would be saying those things to me.
- Did you see how beautiful the stars are today?
I said cause I wanted to change the subject. I wasn't feeling so confortable.
- Yes, but one star is the nicest of all.
- Really which one?
- The one who is standing right in front of me.
Damn. I blushed again. Why does he have to keep to saying all those things about me.
- I'm sorry Sabina but I really can't help myself. I really like you so much and I think you're so pretty.
I looked him straight into his eyes. I was really flathered. Noone said those things to me before and I was proud that Paddy think so.
- Thank you Paddy. I also think you are...
I didn't remember apropriate word for describing what I feel about him.
- I am what?
He asked me and smiled.
- Beautiful and lovely and nice and all.
- Thanks. I'm glad you think so.
We stopped talking and we just look at eachother. He hugged me and I put my arms around him. Wow, that felt good... I felt so save and happy now. It was so nice to hold him in my arms and be so close to him. I felt his hair under my hand and I started to caress them. He had so nice hair. I was really lucky to hold him so close now and almost all my wishes already came true. We stood like this for several minutes then Paddy let me go. I looked at him and thought he's the most beautiful person at the whole world. Suddenly he asked me:
- Can I kiss you?
I was surprised and said:
- Why are you asking me this?
- Cause I don't want to do anything wrong. I don't want to do nothing you don't want to. I care about you and I don't want to hurt you.
- Yes.
- Yes what?
- You can.
- I can? Are you sure?
- Just don't ask anymore...
He moved closer to me and I swallowed a thing stucked in my throat. I was really nervoes. He moved his face to mine and give me a tender kiss on the lips. I was flying already. I felt like I was on the brightest star in the sky. When he moved away I still had my eyes closed and hoped that he'll kiss me again. But he didn't so I open my eyes.
- That was so nice Paddy.
I said still very emotional.
- I know it was.
He hold my hand again and said:
- Will we walk now again?
I nodded and we started to walk. It was really cold and I shivered cause I wasn't dreesed so much.
- Are you cold? Here put on also my jacket.
He started to undress himslef and gave it on me.
- Paddy you are crazy. You'll get a cold if you'll be here like this?
- No, I won't cause you're keeping me warm.
I smiled to him and hug him tight so that he wouldn't be so cold.
- Should we go back inside now Paddy. Cause I really don't want you to be here without a jacket. It's too cold.
- Okay. Let's go inside then.
We walked back to the hotel.

But in the same time Angelo and Liga had a romantic conversation, too!
- Well, Angelo, I really hope Paddy can take care of my dear friend!
- Sure he can, even better than me...
- Why do you say that?
- Oh, no...I am just younger, that's all!
Then Angelo said something unbelievable!
- Lady, can I have this dance with you?
- Sure...sure you can, but...but you just said that you don't like to dance!
- Well, I don't like, but you are the special girl for me, so let's try! But I am not a great dancer, believe me, so save your feet!
- Really? Let's go, dear!
So Angelo and Liga went to a dance. It was one of those, Liga will never forget. It was a love song and both young persons were so close, they even couldn't breathe.
- Angelo?
- Yes?
- You dance fantastic...
- Oh, well!
- I mean it!
- Thanks, the same to you.
I don't know why, but it seemed, like Angelo was shy in that moment after the compliment. Liga just wondered, why? So many fans and he is shy? It can't be true! But maybe?
Then Angelo said something very romantic.
- Liga?
- Yes - I said slowly and very silently.
- Liga, do you mind?
- What exactly?
- This...- and Angelo moved even more closer and kissed me on the lips. It was so romantic, like we were on Titanic. And in one way it was really something like this, because I knew that tomorrow Kellys will be gone and I have got only great memories and Sabina, too! So I got very silent and Angelo asked me:
- Dear, sorry, if you didn't like it...
- No, of course it isn't so! I liked it, I am sure it will be the best kiss of all! But, there is many reasons why that kiss was a mistake, Angelo!
- Why? Tell me!
- Oh, I don't want to make you sad or something like that, let's be happy in this late evening and tomorrow we will see, o.K?
- O.k!
And in that moment we saw that Sabina and Paddy got into the room! We continued to dance but also I wanted to know how feels my friend, but I knew...only this evening, only this! So I didn't go to my friend Sabina, I thought that you must be happy and enjoy every minute, just like Liga!

I was happy. Being really close to Paddy, the guy who ment the world to me. When we came inside I saw Liga and Angelo dancing together and I was happy even more. We put down our jackets and went on the dance floor. They only played slow songs now cause it was already late. We were dancing close together and I was just thinking how good he smells. He had a sweet parfume on him. He wispered on my ear:
- When do you have to go home? To your friend I mean.
- I don't know. We didn't talk about it. But probably soon now cause it's already very late.
- Yes, I know. We'll dance one last dance now and then we'll go to talk to Liga and Angelo.
We danced till the end in quiet. I was thinking already that now everything will be gone. I will never see him again after I go to Liga tonight. But somehow I was able to handle myself and not cry about it. After the dance ended we went to our table. Liga and Angelo came there too and we started to talk.
- Liga when do you two have to be home? (Paddy asked her)
- We don't have a time but I guess we should go now soon. It's late.
- Okay. So we'll get a taxi and we'll go with you to your house to say goodbye okay?
- I'd love that!
I said and Liga nodded happily. We stood up and went outside into the first taxi we saw. Paddy sat in front and I was kinda sad cause of it. But we'll come to Liga's house soon anyway and I'll be with him again. We really came there in a few minutes and we went out. Liga and Angelo went to the door but Paddy said:
- Can you give us five more minutes please?
They agreed and so we stayed there and Paddy hugged me.
- You will come tomorrow back to our hotel to say goodbye won't you?
- Paddy I will only if you want to.
- I'll miss you so much Sabina. But we'll see us again right?
- Yes, I guess we will. On some concerts...
I was so sad. I never really believed there will be something with us two but I guess I was still hoping deep down in my heart that he'll never leave me. He kissed me again and then he said bye. We went to Liga and Angelo and then we went inside. They went away and we went to Liga's room. We didn't speak much and the same minute I sat on the bed I started to cry. I cried really lots and I couldn't stop. Liga was trying to make me stop but she couldn't do anything. So she went to her own bed and slowely I finally calm down. I couldn't sleep at all. Once in the middle of the night when I was turning and turning around Liga said:
- Sabina you can't sleep too right?
- No I can't. I'm so sad about it. I will never be so close to him again you know.
- I know Sabina but I wish it would be different but it can't be. We will see them this morning anyway.
- Yes...
We stopped talking and I soon fall asleep.

It was an early morning and we were putting on our dresses and did our make up! We looked fantastic and we knew it!
- Well, Sabi, I guess it is time to leave now, my dear! I know this morning maybe will be one of the worse mornings in our life, but...we must go, hurry up!
- Yes, I'm sure it will be our worst morning. But I guess we'll survive anyway. So, let's hurry now.
So we went to the Roma's hotel and then we already saw a but with the title *The Kelly Family*!
- Oh, my God! - Liga said! - They are going to leave Latvia very very soon, my dear!
- I know my friend. I will miss Paddy so much!
And then we saw both Kelly boys, who came out of the hotel and moved in our direction!
- Hey, girls! Morning!- Paddy said!
- Hey, hey! - we answered.
- Well, Sabi, come on! I want to say you something, my dear...- Paddy said silently in your ear!
And Angelo said Liga:
- Liga, you look really great, but a bit sad, you know...I understand you, my sweetheart. Really, because I feel the same. Just the same!
- Yes, it is terrible, isn't it?
- We will meet at the concert or any TV-show!!! Don't be sad!
- O.K! And where will be your next TV-show?
- I think in Berlin...
- Oh, maybe we will go there in summer.
- We will wait for you both!
And then Angelo kissed me...for the second and last time! It was a real kiss, even better than the first! I was flying in the skies after that kiss.
Then Paddy and my sweet Sabi arrived and Paddy told us:
- Well, girls, we will miss you both! But please don't be sad, O.K? Life is too short and nice to be sad!
- Sure...
He gave me last kiss and went away. After a little while they all were in the bus and we got tears in our eyes. Liga put my hands around Sabi and sad:
- I feel so terrible and I think you, too, dear!
- Yes! Maybe even worse!
- Oh, I understand you!
- Yes, Liga, I am sorry for us, too!
We shouted *Goodbye our loves!!!* And then went home.
Some time passed and it was already the summer. Liga called Sabi and said:
- How are you now? Better?
- And how about you? Better?
- Oh, I don't know...I miss them, really! But I have got great news! You won't believe it! My pal bought two tickets to new Kelly TV-show in Berlin!
- And...? You don't think...
- Yes, you are right. Absolutely! We will go there and meet Kellys once more!
- Great, great, great!
So we met again in Berlin and stayed in a little hotel. It was already an afternoon and we put our best clothes and did our make up and went to the studio!
- It is so great feeling now! We will see them again, Sabi!
- Yes, so great!
The TV-show started and Kellys played *My boney is over the ocean* again...just like then!!! And Maite said:
- Well, we need two girls for those two young boys...
And suddenly two girls from the first row went to the stage! And we could only see that Angelo whispered something in one of them ear and Paddy did the same...
- Sabi! I don't think they remember us, my dear!
