Ocean County College's SECOND intercollegiate regatta will be held on September 20,21, 2003.  Island Heights Y.C. will host the regatta..  First race will start at 9:30AM on Saturday and Sunday. Races will be sailed on the Toms River Colleges attending are: Cornell, St Marys, SUNYMaritime, Princeton, Georgetown, Maryland, Fordham, Loyola, Queens, Penn State, Maryland BC, Ocean County College
