Simee NYC140

Hello! I'm Simee, a sweet, gentle, laid-back meezer. I look like a sealpoint girl, but I actually have white on the tips of my toes, not quite enough to make me a snowshoe; more of a snowtoe! I'm great with other cats, completely respecting their space and keeping to my own area. My favorite sleeping spot is next to your rib cage with my forepaws draped over your bicep. Would you like a lovely little lady who knows her place in life?!

Tempest NYC141

Tempest is a very sweet flamepoint boy, just a year old, who was rescued from the pound. He's very happy to defer to other cats, and he's very curious about all human activities, once he gets over his brief initial shyness. This poor boy was found on the streets of the Bronx, and his thinness in his picture certainly makes that believable. We're happy to report that he has filled out into a robust male! Tempest is clearly happier and thriving with his foster mom, but he is ready for his own home! And with his lovely house manners, you'll be happy to have him!

Percy NYC142

Percy is an adorable snowshow with lovely brown tones, whose picture does him a grave injustice! This lovable snuggler is just 4 months old amd alternates between playing chase with other kitties, following you around like a shadow, and curling up on your shoulder for a snooze! This little guy lost his last home because his former had "too many". Wouldn't you like a kitten the colors of a Hershey bar with a glass of milk? Yum! He's a treat!

Caia NYC143

Caia is a gorgeous 2 year torby (tortoiseshell-tabby) who is an honorary meezer. She talks in her tiny little voice, and leaps after kitty lures or bouncy balls like a kitten! Caia is terrific with other cats and adores being petted or eating treats from your fingertips. What a good natured girl!

QuiQui NYC144

QuiQui is a handsome 1 year old snowshoe female who was rescued from the pound. This little girl is nervous around other cats; in fact, we think she may have forgotten that she is one! Quiqui is shy at first, but very snuggly in your arms once you've shown her you're a friend, especially after a few treats.

Camie NYC145

I'm Camie, half of the inseparable brothers, or so we were dubbed when we arrived at the pound. Through a clerical error, my brother was held back, and the two extra days Kato spent at the pound proved fatal for him. I sure do miss him, but I'm bravely carrying on! I'm a sweet boy who is cordial to other cats but really lives for human attention of any kind!

Sol NYC146

I'm Sol, a very sunny sealpoint lad who managed to survive the stress of abandonment where my poor lilacpoint sister did not. My virtue is being an affable fellow who will allow you to make the first move to attend me. I'll watch you with hopeful eyes, or silently move closer to you, patiently aspiring to your affections.

Vibratta NYC147

Hello there! I'm Vibratta, a very sweet 1 year old girl seal point who adores being petted by humans and even gets excited when I hear you nearby. I have a neurological disorder which causes palsied movements, but it doesn't stop me from finding my food dish or neatly using the litterbox. In fact, I amazed my foster mom by hopping onto the top bunkbed and even onto the top shelf in the closet. Nothing holds me back!

Taipan NYC148

Greetings! I'm Taipan, a gorgeous applehead sealpoint boy, if I do say so myself! I am a mystery boy who confounds his foster mom by never eating in the presence of humans. What is sustaining me? I'll never tell! I adore human attention, and I don't mind other cats, and will follow a favored human anywhere. No one here can imagine why my ex-human forsook me. Sad footnote: This brave boy turned out to have badly damaged kidney and liver from long-neglected dental decay. Our vet said he had hardly any blood cells in him, but wasn't in any pain, and probably only a few days to live. Taipan was given free roam of his foster home for his final days, and lived - amazingly - several weeks, following humans around from room to room, even if he was so weak he staggered! (Don't worry; we carried him when he needed a lift.) We will miss this gentle, loving soul!

Cassidy NYC149

This is Cassidy, a terrific blue snowshoe guy who is very human-oriented, rushing to greet you at the door just like a puppy. When it comes to other felines, though, Cassidy is rather laid-back, allowing them to take center stage, until he decides it's time to draw near you. He is very sweet and loves being cradled in your arms.
