Flight of the Eagle is a PBEM game using Avalon Hill's War and Peace boardgame originally published in 1980. The game began in May of 2002. The game is played using a "virtual" gameboard courtesy of Cyberboard. The players are:

Transports appear off the Dutch coast and disembark 25,000 English, Russian and Swedish troops. Amsterdam is quickly taken, sparking mass desrtions among the Dutch contingents serving under French colors.
