Many people post questions on the group which have been answered a dozen times before.
Whilst myself and the other users of the group don't mind helping people, for regular users it can be very frustrating having to read and answer the same question over and over again :-)
This is why I have put together this site.
Hopefully any new users to the newsgroup who wish to ask a question will read through this first - many will find that the question they want answered has already been asked!
Note: Any questions asked to my e-mail which are answered in the FAQ will not get a repy
