Life, Love, Music
Music has been a part of my life almost as long as I've had breath.  One of my earliest memories is my father placing a hymnal in my hands.  As soon as I was able, I joined the children's choir at church, and my fate was sealed.
The Classical Genre
It comes as no surprise to me that I enjoy classical music as much as I do.  I was lucky to attend a church with a long history of using classical choir music in its services.  As I got older, that music became more influential than most of today's pop norm.

Classical music, either the many faceted madrigal to the swells of the Romantic era to today's orchestral soundtracks, has the ability to make the listener laugh and cry, to move them through the entire spectrum of emotion.  For the performer, this genre enables us to share our passions with the audience in ways no other type of music can.

I strongly recommend browsing the Classical section of your local music store for these or other composers.  If you're not sure what to choose, attend a local community concert in your area.  Check your local papers in the entertainment section or community calendar.

When I was eight years old, my mother took me to see my first musical, "Cats".  In the beginning of the show, the actors slowly wandered up the aisles of the theater, slinking like cats.  One of them looked directly at me.  It gave me a thrill.

Acting in shows always gives me that same thrill.  Whether playing a diva in "Barnum" to a mother superior in "Nunsense", musicals will always play a special part of my life.  Long live
