His ability to settle the play down, make consistent outlet passes and find the open options are his strengths. Plays both PP and PK and possesses a hard, accurate shot from the point. Controls the play. When needed, he can jump into the play with his offensive instincts. He consistently makes wise decisions in gaining zone or shooting in. On the power play he is very dangerous, leads the rush, gains zone, has great lateral movement with or without puck. Is very confident in his ability to lead the attack from the back end. Displays plenty of offensive potential. Is able to combine a physical defensive game with discipline.
