Tube of Choice  -  For this tutorial, I used a delightful image created by Suzanne Woolcott.  You can purchase her wonderful art in tube and full form at AMI which stands for Artistic Minds, Inc.

Supplies Include frame template created by me.  The tulip flowers were created by Lori.  Lori has awesome doodles.  She now has her own blog, located here,  where you can download all of her wonderful graphics. The ribbon was shared with me.

Repeat Step 1 applying the blinds effects but uncheck horizontal.  Do not deselect.

Step 6

Do not deselect.

Step 7

Go to Layers/Arrange/Move Down but do not deselect.

Step 8

Make the tube image active and go to Edit/Copy. Make the tag image active and go to Edit/Paste as New Layer.

If the image is too large to fit, go to Image/Resize using the percent option, bicubic and resize all layers Not checked.

Step 9

Left click the mover tool and place the image within the selection.  Go to Selections/Invert, click the delete key and go to Selections/Select None.

Step 10

Go to Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow and use the settings from above.

Step 11

Go to Layers/Merge/Merge Visible.

Step 12

Open up Lori Tulips.  Using the Freehand Selection Tool, draw a selection around the flower you wish to use.

Copy and Paste the flower to the tag as a new layer and resize as you did in Step 8.

If you want the same flower facing in the opposite direction as I have done, go to Layers/Duplicate and Image/Mirror.  Left click the mover tool and place it at the opposite side of the frame.

If you wish to colorize the tulips, left click the magic wand tool and use the (2) settings from above.  Left click the magic wand inside the petals of the tulip.

Go to Adjust/Hue and Saturation/Colorize and move the sliders to a color you like.  Go to Selections/Select None.

If you wish to use any of the other doodle elements copy and paste them, as well and colorize if you like.

Step 13

Go to Layers/New Raster Layer.  Open up the ribbon. Copy and paste it to the bottom of the frame.  Colorize the ribbon to one that works with your tag. Go to Layers/Merge/Merge All (flatten).

Step 14

Left click the crop tool and draw a rectangle around the areas you wish to keep, eliminating any excess white palette you will not need. Double left click within the rectangle or left click the check mark at the crop ribbon above.

Step 15

Go to Image/Resize using the percent option at 90% or smaller, bicubic and resize all layers checked.

Step 16

Save this file as a jpg without the name text.  This way you have a template you can use to make multiple tags for friends and group members.  Just add your text to each of your tags, apply the drop shadow from above, go to Layers/Merge/Merge all (flatten) and resave your tag with another name.

We hope you enjoyed this tutorial.
