Yes, I'm the Victim of Nick Mandalappa,

Like others, without cheking the background of this Nick-Cybersoftec, I joined his Company. Sorry,
I hired him as my Employer.

Yes. As all of  you know, as he put in the ad. (Approved Labor Sales Ad . in that famous website)
I had a deal of 20% for him and 80%for me.
I get the project., [pl. understand, most companies knew about Nick-Cybersoftec never want to work with him]
He has no good name as some of the companies already suing him.
So, he doesn't place the people.

Well You should know what happens in common. Lets take a real example of Mr. X.

Mr.X - was a big supporter of Nick-Cybersoftec.
Why, Mr.X , believed in the efforts and open Ads. in online websites like 20:80 deals and promising for Labour approval ,all publically.
But, people who got hurt by Nick-Cybersoftec , always blame on the company, But Mr.X Supported him and helped for him.
Mr. X , Brings More students and a Hot Billing Consultant to Nick-Cybersoftec.
Mr. X worked on 4 projects through Nick-Cybersoftec before quit.
Mr. X 1st project was over, Nick-Cybersoftec was not able to bill the client for more than 3 months, because of Cybersoftec Leagal issues.
But he paid Mr.X and few other consultants for that project, before taking money from the client. [Where he got the money from, you know.!!]
Mr. X  sent 2 weeks timesheet from the 3rd project, that Nick-Cybersoftec never paid, dragging  for 2 months.
Mr. X got Labor approval from Maine, and Nick-Cybersoftec never sent a recipt but asking for money.(12,000 for the Labor applied fresh at Maine)
Mr. X didn't get any money from the project and yet have to pay for the Labor, Mr. X rejects and the Labor goes(sold) to some one else.
Mr. X try to put a hold on the client to stop payment to Nick-Cybersoftec., But, Nick-Cybersoftec, find out that Mr. X worked for 3 months working hard with over time for money and Nick-Cybersoftec learnt theres a $30,000/- pending amount in client , he immdly. called the client directly to send all the time sheet and He inviced them immdly.

THOUGH MR. X MADE THE DEAL WITH THE CLIENT THE CONTRACT WAS SIGNED BETWEEN CLEINT(BIG AMERICAN CONSULTING COMPANY) AND NICK-CYBERSOFTEC.

AMERICAN CLIENT PAID ALL THE MONEY TO NICK-CYBERSOFTEC.
MR. X GOT 0 AMOUNT FOR HIS HAD WORK/OVER TIME FOR 3 PROJECTS
MR.X Stuggled without money (the impact is huge... yes without money Mr.X went through tough time in the life)
MrX. begged in the email / phone calls - no returns and no Reasons given.

LABOR DEPARTMENT COMPLAIN:
As advised by many and lawyers,
Mr. X did go to Labor Dept.  - they calling for 1st appearance after 2 months(if you and your family dies without money you die no one cares and the Cheater Continue to live Happy)
Mr. X appears in the meeting - Nick-Cybersoftec not  appearing - Labor Commissionar Calls Nick-Cybersoftec as requested by Mr.X
Mr. X and Labor Commissionar on a speaker phone - Nick-Cybersoftec answers " yah..he was working for me.. yah. I got the money from his client.
you know he is illegal , you know he is harrassing my employees , you know he should be punished,  yah.. do what you can do .. fuck off"

Labor Commissionar's questions are. "Did Mr.X work for you?, Did you get all the money from Client.? Did you get the hearing notice? Why are you not paying him? But , in California , you can not say you can not pay an employee for the hours he worked, by Law.,? Do you want to pay him and settle now? Pls. talk clear, I don't understand you are answering my question or not? If you are not settling today, I'm setting up a Court hearing in 6 months? you have your chance to appear there. " (at this point Nick-Cybersoftec says Fuck Off)  and the Labor Commissionar turns red.


Well again look at the next hearing 6 months.
(Nick-Cybersoftec knows very well the options and the proceedings for this kind of cases)
 
Who, will fight that long, those who lost 2000-5000, or those who lost everything and have no money want to go forward?
Who will fight?. Thats where Nick-Cybersoftec takes advantage of dragging and not responding to email/mail/phone calls/ collection notice/ court orders.
And he is still there and you are reading this. But, Mr. X is working on with many other guys and that keeps Nick-Cybersoftec keep guessing.


What Nick-Cybersoftec does:
Sell H1B,
Sell Approved Labor [ watch out , many said same Labor approval copy sent to many people. if  you are one of them, contact me immdly.]
Take 20-30% commission for holding your H1B and Running your PayRoll.(rest you pay, medical, social , every thing)
[His deduction will never be the same as you committed for. He will always take more and will say will be adjusted (thats the key, never happens)]
Show as if he runs an institue teaching SAP [No one learnt from there. Hard workers only got projects by their own]
He stuff too many people in one class.
Cheat Money from Companies/Employees/From Students.

How he gets People get Cheated:
He was struggling for his Own Status [His status is questionable], so he learnt how tp use other people looking for status in USA.
So, Keeping Labor Sales as a key biz, he is trying to make money around that.
Any one calls him will hear: "yes I can do that, I can help you. no you don't need last pay sleep, no you don't need to go out of country after 6 yeas, no you don't need valid visa , ""

Thats where people fall , He just  will give a try by submitting the papers to Immigration. Ok there are lot  more , I'll let you know one by one.
