Food For Thought is a locally owned store that focuses on organic foods, fresh local organic produce in the summer, natural remedies, organic and fair trade tea and coffee supplies, dried goods, cooking herbs, lentles, and much, much more. Here vegetarians can find useful items such as Textured Vegitable Protien - TVP, or "Ground Brown" - a great protien supplement for a vegetarian diet.

Herbs and Garden Things is self explanatory. They grow fresh herbs in season. Also, the owner is very approachable, as can be seen by her website, and she will answer almost any question about culinary and medicinal herbs as well as gardening in general.

Afterwords is mainly a new/used bookstore. It occasionally has a good selection of pagan books, but more often then not they are sold out. Here you will also find various stones (mostly small), jewelry, and an assortment of metaphysical items at reasonable prices.
