The National Centre for Research on White Collar Crime (NCRWCC) is a not for profit research and training organisation based in Nairobi but working in partnership with many distinguished research and professional institutions with similar interests all over the world.

NCRWCC conducts research and training in most areas of crime and white collar crime  including government procurement fraud, computer and internet fraud, credit card fraud, telephone and telemarketing fraud, bankruptcy fraud, healthcare fraud, environmental fraud, insurance fraud, mail and postal fraud, government fraud, tax fraud, financial fraud, securities fraud, insider trading, bribery and kickbacks, counterfeiting, public corruption, money laundering, embezzlement, economic espionage, trade secret theft, human trafficking and anti-trust violations.

The organisation is registered under the laws of Kenya as an educational, research and literary organisation with the following core mandate:

a) Establishment of a research centre for the study of the orignins, causes and incidences of white collar crime and to identify and fomulate solutions for the same;

b) To advise inform and educate public, private and government organisations on white collar crime;

c) To create awareness within organisations, authorities and agencies on best practices on how to curb the occurrence of white collar crime and how best to effectively deal with it;

d) To publish scholarly works on areas of research in white collar crime;

e) To make useful suggestions on improvements on legislation to curb incidents of white scollar crime;

f) To collate information and statistics on the incidences of white collar crime;

g) To establish a library that will contain comprehensive publications in the area of white collar crime;

h) To carry out such other purpose for the advancement of eduational, research and literary objectives in the area of crime as the organisation may from time to time deem necessary.
