This is Junior's brag page. He/she is only 5 inches SVL and 17 inches STL. We got him from a man that works at Pet Supplies Plus. Apparantly they have had several Igs dumped on them from the fair we had recently. He wasn't eating well at first but now is chomping away and seems pretty healthy. When I handle him he is sweet as can be (it's just catching him that proves a chore). I hold him at least twice a day for 15-20 minutes and have noticed a big difference in the three weeks we've had him..  My husband and son built him a nice cage.  We will be looking to find him a home in the Spring.

Update: January 2001
Junior is now 18 and a half inches long STL (snout to tail) and in his third shed. Catching him is no longer difficult after two months of consistency in handling, feeding and tub training. He is still jittery at times, but will ride around on my shirt and sit on my shoulder without bolting. We won't be able to determine his sex for awhile yet so we just assume it's a "he" for now. When the weather warms we will be looking to find him a good home. If you are in the N. Carolina area and would like to adopt, feel free to email us at our address found on the index page

Update March  2001:
Well, Junior now has a happy ending. His new parents have built him a nice enclosure and he is settling in nicely.
