Our vision is that each young person serving as staff would share the following commitments.

Salvation:
Confessing and believing that God gave Jesus Christ, His only Son, to die for the sins of man;
that Jesus rose from the dead; and that He is now seated at God's right hand.
This area of commitment involves an assurance that because I believe on Christ,
he is my Savior and has given me eternal life. (Ephesians 1:19)

Total Dedication
Fully committing myself to the Lord as a "living sacrifice,"
and surrendering every area of my life to His control. (Romans 12:1)

Modesty
Accepting God's design for gender and His purpose in clothing, as well as dressing,
speaking, and conducting myself to conform with God's standards for modesty,
in order to glorify Him. (I Corinthians 3:16)

Godly Music
Recognizing that music was created by God for the purpose of glorifying Him, and
choosing my music in accordance with this principle.
Music should inherently reflect God's nature in it's rhythm, words, and tone. (Colossians 3:16)

Purity
Purposing to honor God and my authorities in my friendships, and
guarding my thoughts, words, and actions in order to maintain
personal purity. A heart commitment to physical and emotional
purity avoids defrauding actions, such as focusing attention on
one individual, joking or jesting inappropriately. (Luke 10:27)
Nicole Wissmann
Curriculum & Supply Coordinator

nicocacola86@yahoo.com
Home-educated for 12 years.
There is nothing that Nicole likes more than to keep busy...
And the NCHEA Kid's Conference is no exception! Having been involved as core staff since its birth in 2005, she can't wait for "planning time" to roll around every year! Since graduating, she keeps very busy assisting in her family's home businesses,
"Sonshine & Co." and  "Master's Hand Candle Company,"
as well as a few ventures of her own.
And if she's not working, you'll usually find her busy with one of her "too many" hobbies! Above all, Nicole desires God's best in
her life and wants to serve Him in whatever He calls her to do.
Rachel Wissmann

The oldest of 13 brothers and sisters, Rachel has had the opportunity to work with CEF and other children and youth ministries for the past 9 years. Since graduating from high school she has enjoyed several terms as music instructor for a local Christian school, teaching private lessons, and providing
elderly care.  She is currently very involved in the Wissmann family music ministry, traveling and sharing at events ranging
from church services to prisons. Working with her siblings,
she's led several children's camps and mini-seminars
to assist her father's teaching ministry.
Her desire is to glorify the Lord wherever He calls her to serve.
Anna Beasley

Anna's first desire is to please, honor and glorify God in all she does. As a part of that, she has worked with CEF for 4 years teaching 5-Day Clubs over the summer and Good News Clubs during the school year. After graduating she hopes to continue her new-found work as a birth assistant and continue studying midwifery. Sewing has now become a big highlight as she hass started taking custom orders. Some other "highlights" include spending time with her 8 siblings, reading, playing piano, scrapbooking, stamping, and simply doing things with her hands.

Grace Waldo
Assistant Curriculum and Supply Coordinator

Home-educated for 13 years.
Grace has been involved in CEF programs working with children for the last 5 years. She appreciates the opportunities that CEF has given her to get on a child's level and teach them God's Word.  It has proved invaluble!
When Grace is not studying or working when she can, she enjoys attending her brothers' homeschool basketball games, playing piano, decorating, reading, baking, knitting, keeping in touch with family and friends via computer, and her favorite hobby of all, photography. She desires that her life would bring God glory and that everything she does would please him.
