An incredibly romantic trip to a tiny island just off the caribbean coast of Mexico. Perfect weather and lots of surprises!

Jules and Alex came to visit us and play on the slopes in Whistler over the New Year. Great fun - I laughed so much I got new stomach muscles!

While I was teaching in Japan, I tried to explore as much of Japan as possible. These photos are from some of those trips.

From 2000-2002, I was an Assistant Language Teacher on the JET Programme in Ichinoseki City, Iwate Prefecture, Japan. Here's a small sampling of my experiences.

3 week trip with my friend Suzie to visit her family in England, explore Brighton and London, and hop over to Amsterdam to visit Dio. Jules and my Mom came to visit too!

2 week trip to Australia to visit Suzie. Fires meant we were confined to Sydney, and it was 40C+ on New Year's Eve!

21 day trip to Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore with seven Iwate JETs and no plans. Photographic evidence of the madness!
