Introduction
of
We are a voluntary group of graduates
and former students of Australian universities and associated friends. Our
objectives are to provide opportunities to meet old and new friends and
contacts, exchange cultures and have fun through many kinds of
activities.
The club originally started as a spin-off from the Australia-Japan Alumni Association,
which was
founded at the request of the Australian Embassy in Tokyo. Since then we have
grown into the largest Australia-Japan alumni club in Tokyo with more than 40
members including students, teachers and other professionals.
We hold
monthly events such as meetings at a pubs or restaurants and BBQ parties with
day trips etc. However, we are a rather young club and we really need your
involvement in club activities. For example, you will support and improve the
Club when you suggest or help organise an event.
Whether you graduated
from an Australian university or not, you are welcome to join the Club.
To
join us, please go to our mailing list site and submit the application
form.
We look forward to meeting you at one of our events sometime
soon!
Cheers,
Kosuke Nakamura,
