MuttsnSuch Dog Rescue is an all-volunteer ran non-profit dog rescue based in the West Los Angeles, Southern California area. MuttsnSuch Rescue does not have a shelter and, therefore, volunteers provide foster care for the dogs while they await their forever homes.
We mainly rescue puppies and dogs from the "death row" of city shelters. However, whenever we have space, we do take in owner turn in puppies/dogs. We rescue both mixed breeds and purebreds.
Every DAY, hundreds of dogs are euthanized in the Los Angeles area alone because there just aren't homes for all of them. We are committed not only to rescuing some of these dogs and finding them loving, forever homes but also to educating the public about the importance of responsible pet ownership, including spaying and neutering.
If you are thinking of breeding your pet, please re-consider even if your dog is a purebred. More than 25% of the dogs euthanized in shelters are purebreds. Every puppy (mixed or purebred) born in this city adds to the pet-overpopulation problem. Also, your pet is a lot happier, healthier pet if she/he is spayed/neutered!
