And say: "Act, and Allah will observe your actions, and so will his Messenger and the believers: and soon you will be brought back to the Knower of all Unseen and the Seen. Then He will show you the truth of all that you did."

How are you helping the Ummah? How are you aiding Humanity?
Many muslims nostalgically look at their rich history with awe and admiration. A time when Muslims were at their zenith, in all fields, deen, medicine, philosophy, law and economics, politics, you name it.
How beautiful it is to remember and learn this, though it needs to be remembered that it wasnt created by the Muslims sitting down and talking; but people actively making a concerted effort to better themselves and each other.
Many Muslims have a great deal of zeal and passion in wanting to try and help their heavily burdened fellow muslim brothers and sisters in Islam, and the ummah and world at large. But often today; even with this beautiful passion, many are in reality; not actually doing anything which will actively aid others. Islam wasnt built in a day; if you wish to sincerely make any impact, then try and do what you can.
