View my guest book,

Welcome to my home page, I use these pages mainly to keep track of the hiking I have done over the years but also to talk about the town I come from, the somewhat maligned Scunthorpe. I came to Manchester several years ago to start University and I have been here ever since. Spending time at the university and the Business School. After qualifying I took a job with PricewaterhouseCoopers and recently passed my final set of exams to qualify as an accountant. it now looks like i am going to be around the area for the next few years.

I still have several connections with the University of Manchester Hiking Club, and many of the walks described within these pages are done with them. I have been a member of the committee on several occasions, having served as the Treasurer, Assistant Secretary and twice as the Transport secretary. Further information on this society is available from their website, a link to which can be found in the hiking index (see below).

I also lead for a walking organisation called HF Holidays, I have walked in a few locations with them but mainly leading their family holidays, a link to their homepage for those who would be interested in leading can be found within the hiking index
